SUGGESTED USE:

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules before meals two times daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. This product is best not taken at dinner or before bed. Dosages later in the evening may interfere with sleep. WARNING: Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not take if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, if you are pregnant or nursing, or on a prescription MAO inhibitor. This product contains caffeine. It is not recommended for persons with a history of hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia, insomnia, or anxiety.

Proprietary Blend 585mg:
Garcinia cambogia extract (fruit & rind, standardized for 60% (-) hydroxycitric acid), Coleus forskohlii (10% forskohlin), L-carnitine, Glucomannan, Phaseolamin, Rhodiola rosea extract (root) (3% rosavins).
